*Additional cleaning fee of $35.00 if dishes/cookware not left clean and put away. Daily cleaning is not provided
*Weekly rate from Saturday 3pm through Saturday 10am.
*Check-in time 3:00pm Check-out time 10:00am.

*Minimun stay maybe required.(July, August 1 week minimun)
* One set of towels and sheets provided for your stay, no housekeeping provided.

*Cancellation policy 30 days in advance.(deposit refundable minus $30.00 admin fee).

*Check-in time 12:00 noon, Check-out time 12:00 am *Cancellation policy 30 days in advance (deposit is refundable minus $20.00 admin fee).

*If reservation is canceled less then 30 days before arrival date deposit is not refundable.

*If changes to reservation is made less then 30 days before arrival date deposit is not refundable and a new deposit may apply.
